Last January 20, 2018 #teambarista has visited cafes where our graduates are currently working and taking their On-the-Job Training.
18 days coffee //Barista: Christian Villas
18 days coffee is a Coffee roasting company located at Timog, Quezon City. Since Mr. Chan Villas was on an event, we we're assisted by Ms. Supra Colobong, as she prepared espresso shots for the cupping session. Various Arabica were available (Sabangan, Atok, Apo, etc.) Along with Robusta, Liberica, and Excelsa.
Their Coffee beans are fresh as they promote an 18-day roasting life that emits the best aroma and strongest flavor for the coffee. They Also roast the finest Alamid coffee.
